The Journal
Some ideas arrive during a conversation.
Others while I'm walking.
Some appear in the middle of a Human Garage® session.
Some arrive through sound.
And some stay with me long enough that they ask to be written down.
This is where they live.
I don't see these as articles.
Or blogs.
They're simply thoughts that have continued unfolding long after the moment they first appeared.
Questions.
Observations.
Ideas about the body.
Awareness.
Movement.
Sound.
And the quiet relationship we have with ourselves.
Some are practical.
Some are philosophical.
Some may stay with you longer than others.
That's the nature of good conversations.
Everything I offer begins with curiosity.
The same is true here.
You won't find quick fixes or five-step formulas.
You will find invitations.
To pause.
To notice.
To wonder.
To explore a different relationship with your body and with yourself.
If a piece of writing stays with you after you've finished reading it, then perhaps it was the one you were meant to find.

Weekly Reflections
Longer thoughts that have stayed with me long enough to become something more.
A slower conversation.
The kind that asks to be read with a cup of tea rather than rushed between appointments.

A final thought...
I don't write because I have the answers.
I write because paying attention has changed the way I experience my own life.
If these words invite you to pause...
To notice...
Or to meet yourself with a little more curiosity...
Then they've already done everything I hoped they would.
