Experiences
There are different ways into this work.
Sometimes you want to stop. Sometimes you want sound. Sometimes you want to learn something properly. Sometimes you want more time, more space, and a little distance from ordinary life.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you begin.
Start with whatever makes you lean forward slightly.
Quiet Floor
A place to come down to the floor and do considerably less.
Quiet Floor is not a class you have to keep up with. There is no sequence to master and no particular state you are supposed to reach.
You might lie down. Move. Fidget. Become very still. Notice how busy you are. Notice how tired you are. Notice absolutely nothing interesting at all.
The floor can take it from there.
Quiet Floor runs regularly in Warboys and Peterborough, with different booking routes depending on where you want to join me.
Sound
Sometimes it is easier to experience something than explain it.
My sound experiences are an invitation to lie down, listen, feel, wander, rest, notice, drift, or simply let sound fill the space for a while.
There is no correct response to sound.
You do not have to release anything. You do not have to become deeply relaxed. You do not need to understand what every sensation means.
You can just be in it.
This is where you’ll find We Resonate and other immersive sound experiences.
Classes + Workshops
Sometimes curiosity wants more than an hour.
This is the place for experiences where we learn, explore and spend a little longer with something.
You might come because you want to learn a hands-on practice, understand a different way of working with the body, or simply follow something that has caught your attention.
This is where you’ll find Access Bars classes, workshops and other learning experiences as they appear.
No need to become an expert.
Curiosity is plenty.
Retreats
Some things need more space around them.
A retreat gives us longer than a session, longer than an evening, and a little distance from the usual machinery of everyday life.
Time to stop.
Time to move differently.
Time to notice what becomes visible when you are not immediately rushing onto the next thing.
The retreats will not ask you to reinvent yourself, find your purpose or return home as a completely new person.
You are allowed to come away and still be you.
You don’t have to pick the “right” one
These experiences are different, but they tend to orbit the same territory.
Less forcing.
Less fixing.
More noticing.
More room for the body to be included without becoming another thing you have to monitor.
Sometimes you know immediately which one you want.
Sometimes you click around until something catches.
Both work.
Choose what pulls you.
Want something more personal?
You can also work with me one-to-one.
