Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including written material, photography, graphics, audio, video, concepts and original materials — belongs to Jade Hicks and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The Settled Body Method® and associated original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, adapted or used commercially without prior written permission.

Materials provided as part of an experience, event or digital offering are for your personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Privacy & your information

When you make a booking, purchase something, contact us or join the mailing list, information such as your name, email address and other details necessary to provide the relevant service may be collected.

Your information is used only for the purposes for which it was collected and for other purposes permitted by applicable data protection law.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by jadehicks.com.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where third-party providers are used to operate the website, process payments, manage bookings or deliver communications, relevant information may be shared with them where necessary to provide those services.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

Booking and service-related emails may still be sent where necessary to manage something you have booked or purchased.

4. Bookings, experiences & events

Your place is confirmed once the booking process and any required payment have been completed.

Please check the individual experience or event page carefully before booking, as dates, times, prices, attendance requirements and other conditions may vary.

Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible. A transfer or credit may be offered at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed.

Where a booking covers multiple sessions — for example, a month-long Quiet Floor practice — your booking is for the full experience unless otherwise stated. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable.

If we need to cancel an event or experience, you will be offered an appropriate alternative, credit or refund for the affected booking.

5. Prices & payments

Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Where payment is required at the time of booking, your place is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Some experiences may be free to attend or use a different payment arrangement. Where this applies, the relevant booking page will explain the arrangement.

Any optional contribution, pay-it-forward or similar option is voluntary unless clearly stated otherwise.

6. Digital content

Where digital content is purchased or provided, access is for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, redistributed, resold or taught without permission.

Any additional terms applying to a particular digital product will be shown before purchase.

7. Participation, health & wellbeing

Experiences offered through jadehicks.com may include movement, sound, body-based practices and other experiential work.

They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition or replace advice or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and for seeking professional advice where needed.

During an experience, you are encouraged to make choices appropriate for your own body and circumstances. You may pause, modify or stop your participation at any time.

Where health, accessibility or safety information is requested before participation, please provide accurate information and contact Jade before attending if you have any questions or concerns about whether an experience is appropriate for you.

8. Changes to experiences or these terms

Occasionally, details of an experience may need to change due to circumstances outside our control.

Where a significant change affects an existing booking, we will contact participants where reasonably possible.

These website policies may also be updated from time to time. The version published on this website is the current version.
