4. Events, Sessions & Classes (In-Person)

All bookings are non-refundable, unless an event is cancelled by us.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible — transfers or credits may be considered at our discretion, depending on the session.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events if required. In the case of cancellation by us, you will be offered a refund or alternative option.

Some sessions may have limited capacity — booking is essential.

5. Payments & Pricing

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices are shown in GBP

  • VAT is included where applicable

Some sessions (e.g. Monday Sound) may be payable in cash on the day. Where this applies, the product will display as £0 online and payment details will be clearly stated in the event description.

Failure to pay on the day may result in loss of your place at future sessions.

If digital content is offered:

  • All sales are final

  • Access is for personal use only

  • Sharing, reproduction, or redistribution is not permitted

All work offered through jadehicks.com — including sound, body-based work, Access Consciousness classes, fascia work, and group sessions — is complementary in nature.
