Access Body Process Sessions, Classes & Practitioner Training
There are many different Access Consciousness® Body Processes, each inviting a different way of working with the body.
Some have wonderfully peculiar names.
Some you may already have heard of, such as MTVSS or Cellular Memory.
Others you might encounter simply because that is the one being explored that day.
They are hands-on processes from Access Consciousness®, and you don't need to understand everything about them before you begin.
You might arrive because someone has recommended a particular process.
Because something about your body has caught your attention.
Or because you're simply curious about what else might be possible.
Receive an Access Body Process
Access Body Processes can be included in private Energetic Bodywork with me.
If you already know there is a particular process you'd like to receive, tell me.
If you don't, that's fine too.
You can come to me, or I can come to you.
Learn an Access Body Process
Access Body Processes can also be learned in practitioner classes.
Different processes appear throughout the year, so what's available changes depending on what is currently being created.

A different way of working with the body
So much of what we do with bodies begins with a conclusion.
Something hurts.
Something feels difficult.
Something needs to change.
Access Body Processes begin somewhere else.
With touch.
With receiving.
With the possibility that the body may know something beyond what we have already decided about it.
There is no outcome you have to create and nothing you need to get right.
MTVSS, Cellular Memory & other Body Processes
MTVSS and Cellular Memory are among the Access Body Processes you may see me offering.
Sometimes a process is available privately.
Sometimes I facilitate a class where you can learn it yourself.
And sometimes another Body Process entirely becomes the interesting one to explore.

What led me here
I have never been interested in collecting techniques for the sake of having more techniques.
I am interested in what creates a genuine shift.
Access Body Processes became part of that exploration because they offered another way of meeting the body without immediately deciding what was wrong or what needed to happen next.
Choosing to become an Access Body Process Facilitator allowed me to continue that work and make these processes available to others.
Different bodies begin in different places.
This is one of them.
