THE SETTLED BODY METHOD

The Philosophy

Perhaps we are not here to perfect ourselves.

Perhaps we are here to participate.

To notice before we manage.

To question what we've assumed.

To become curious about what we're responding to.

To allow something to be here without immediately making it significant.

To make room for what we don't know yet.

We are always responding.

Always relating.

Always becoming.

And we have more choice than we sometimes remember.

Awareness is not intervention.

Desire is not demand.

Noticing something doesn't mean it requires managing.

Something can be here without becoming the organising principle for everything that happens next.

And what is here now doesn't have to determine what becomes possible next.

What else is available?
