What is Access Bars®?
Understanding Access Bars®, Sessions & Classes
Something has brought you here.
Perhaps someone mentioned Access Bars®. Perhaps you've seen it online. Or perhaps you're simply wondering what it actually is.
You're not alone.
It's one of those things that's much easier to experience than explain, but understanding where to begin can help.
Access Bars® is a gentle hands-on process from Access Consciousness® involving the light touch of 32 points on the head.
Each of these points relates to different areas of life and, during an Access Bars® session, they are lightly touched while you rest comfortably, fully clothed.
There is no effort required from you.
No right way to receive.
No expectation that you'll feel a certain way.
Every session is different because every person is different.
More Than Understanding
Most people don't begin by searching for Access Bars®.
They begin because something isn't changing.
Sometimes they're feeling mentally busy.
Sometimes they're looking for more ease.
Sometimes they're simply curious because someone they trust recommended it.
Whatever has brought you here, you don't need to have all the answers before you begin.
Curiosity is enough.
What will actually happen?
An Access Bars® session usually lasts around 60–90 minutes.
You'll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment couch while the Bars® are gently run using light touch on the head.
Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing.
Others simply notice that something feels different afterwards.
There isn't a right experience to have.
Only your own.
Can Anyone Receive Access Bars®?
Yes.
No previous experience is needed.
Many people book their first session simply because they're curious.
Others choose to attend an Access Bars® class, where they learn to run the Bars® themselves and become a Certified Access Bars® Practitioner.
Both are equally valid places to begin.
Do I need to know anything before I book?
You don't need to understand everything before you experience it.
Sometimes the only way to know whether something is for you is to allow yourself the space to explore it.
Perhaps this has answered your question…
Perhaps it's created another one…
Both can be a beginning.
