Energetic Bodywork
Your body doesn't always need you to know what it needs.
So much of what we do with our bodies begins with an idea of what needs changing.
Something hurts.
Something isn't working.
Something feels different.
And immediately, we start looking for the answer.
I'm interested in what becomes available when we don't begin there.

Energetic Bodywork is part of the way I explore this.
There isn't a sequence to follow or a particular outcome we're trying to produce. The work is responsive to the body that's actually here rather than an idea of what should happen to it.
It may draw from Access Consciousness® Body Processes, Access Energetic Facelift™ and other energetic and hands-on ways of working with bodies.
Sometimes there is touch.
Sometimes there is conversation.
Sometimes very little appears to be happening at all.
The process matters less to me than what becomes available when the body is included in the conversation.
