A monthly in-person sound immersion held on the 1st + 4th Monday. A quiet moment to drop beneath the noise and meet yourself again.

Gentle, in-person sound sessions designed to bring you back into your body and out of the noise of your world.

Held twice each month on the 1st and 4th Monday, Monday Sound offers a soft reset — a place to unwind, breathe, and feel your system return to its natural rhythm.

Perfect if your body is asking for simplicity, grounding, or a moment to feel like yourself again.

8:15–9:00 pm (arrive from 8:00 pm to settle)

💫 What to Expect

  • Full-body vibrational sound bath with crystal bowls, tuning forks and sensory instruments

  • Small, intimate group for a deeper experience

  • Theme: liminality, opening, reflection

🌙 What to Bring

  • Yoga mat or padded base

  • Blankets, cushions, cosy socks

  • Water bottle, eye mask or journal if you wish

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

Sound Bath Health Declaration

Sound Baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or if you have a serious mental health condition or epilepsy.

Individual responses to sound baths can vary and you'll have a unique experience everytime. Some people experience emotional responses such as deep relaxation, laugher or tears. Physical sensations can also occur as the sound vibrations are felt within the body. Vivid imagery, deep relaxation and feelings of bliss / peace are especially common. 

If you feel particularly sensitive on the day of the sound bath, be that emotionally, physically or mentally please have a chat with Jade when you arrive. If anything comes up for you during the session that you'd like to share, or if you have any questions, please chat to Jade or contact her after the session.
