A twice-monthly, in-person sound immersion.

Not about doing or fixing —
just space to soften,
drop beneath the noise,
and let the body settle in its own way.

These sessions are held on the 1st and 4th Monday of each month.

A simple pause in the week,
where something can shift without needing to work it out.

If your body is asking for quiet, grounding, or just a moment to stop, this is a place to come.

A full-body sound immersion using bowls, tuning forks, and subtle sound
