The Access Bars® class teaches a simple, hands-on technique that supports the release of mental clutter, stored tension, and habitual stress patterns. By lightly touching 32 points on the head, the nervous system is invited to soften and settle — often creating a sense of calm, clarity, and lightness.
This class is suitable whether you’re completely new to Access or already familiar with the tools. It’s ideal if you’re looking for:
more ease in your body and mind
a practical way to support yourself or others
a gentle addition to your existing personal or professional practice
The class is experiential and relaxed. You’ll both give and receive multiple Bars sessions over the two days.
No previous experience is required.
By the end of the class, you’ll be certified to offer Access Bars® sessions to others, either professionally or informally.
